WJZ13 "TRYS" to get to the bottem of baltimore city police vs thuggs on 2 wheel stunt bikes.
Personally having been there myself i have to say the city should build a private/public area that is legal also safe for the kids to ride.
Why is is legal for city residents to purchase the off road machines but illegal to ride. I personally dont even know of one place that is considerd legal for the public to ride!

rider who covered his face with his t-shirt and declined to give his
name to Eyewitness News. “If you leave us no option, then what else do we have to do but ride in the street.”
